Matthew Cottam

As a dedicated counsellor, I specialise in guiding individuals of all ages through their personal challenges using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Person-Centered Therapy. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, aiming to create a supportive space where you can explore and address your concerns. With a particular focus on older adolescents and adults, I find my counselling can bring understanding to the complexities of these life stage.

I also have a special passion for helping those struggling with their behaviour around gaming. As an avid gamer myself, I understand the unique challenges and rewards that gaming can bring. My goal is to use this personal insight to support you in finding a balanced and fulfilling approach to your gaming habits.
